** Version 1.4 has been released! We have added many, customer-requested features to version 1.4. Some of the more significant features are described below:

** More Defaults - more global Default values have been added to Shop Settings (on the new Defaults Tab) for paper waste and press make-ready times. In addition, you can now select a Default Delivery method and Markup Scheme.

** Load All Defaults - new button found in Specs and in Quote menu will Load All Defaults for an entire quote from a single button click. Instead of visiting each Tab and pressing Use Defaults, press the Load All Defaults button when Specs are completed to use all your Defaults specified in Shop Settings. One click and your quote is done: from Paper to Markup!

** Quantity recalculation - when changing the Number of Copies in Specs, you will be offered an option to automatically update all of the quantities throughout the quote.

** Quick View - new Quick View button on the Toolbar to view the quote totals instead of navigating to the Summary Tabs. You can also use Quick View to see any quote from Quote History.

** Copy Make-Ready values - you can quickly complete the Press Tab by copying the make-ready values from the selected entry to all other entries in the Summary.

** More Auditor checking - the Presstimator now checks quantities along with costs throughout a quote, to better help you identify (and correct) potential problems.

** Override capability on Markup - you can now override any of the calculated totals on the Markup Tab. For example, after entering your actuals throughout a quote, you can override the Selling Cost and the Presstimator will determine your actual profit.

** Minimum markup $ amount for Markup Schemes. If you want to be sure to capture a minimum markup dollar amount when printing smaller jobs, enter a minimum value for your markup scheme.
